Family Camp out Via Backyard
Daddy was feeding Moose and Shreddy the cat potato chips. Not sure who enjoyed the camp out better, the girls or the cat. We decided to take baby steps into this camping adventure and not really sleep outside. We had our hot dog dinner as you can see below, made s'mores, played, and danced by the campfire. Our hearts were wanting to sleep in the tent, but reality kicked in and we knew it was best to take the kiddos, especially Moose to their beds for the night! Maybe one day.
Mahem loves to play, but sometimes we can throw in a little learning. I found this neat nature scavenger hunt and she worked very hard getting her items on the list checked off.
What better fun can you have than crawling through the tunnel outside? The girls played in the tunnel for the entire evening and did their best to coax Shreddy in, but he never got the nerve up to actually walk through. To be honest, I don't blame him. I heard the racket going on in there and I would have run for safety in the trees just like the cat did.
Big Girl Haircut
Mahem was a big girl today and went to the hair salon for a new haircut! Don't you just love the hair flip! Thank you Mrs. Carrie.
